WAKAME

UNDARIA PINNATIFIDA EXTRACT

Vegetal Origin. Usually known as wakame, Undaria pinnatifida is a seaweed that acts to stimulate collagen and elastin production, leaving skin firmer and reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
Also called sea fern, this edible seaweed comes from Asia, and more specifically from Japan, Korea and China.
More and more people are eating wakame, and it is now cultivated in Brittany, France. Wakame is known for its benefits with regard to cancer and cardiovascular diseases. It is also an excellent beauty ingredient due to its many actions on the skin.
